1. Valid Indian Passport

3. Form 14A — Visa Application Form

Confirmed return or onward flight tickets are mandatory. Dummy tickets are accepted with caution — any PNR that cannot be verified by the ICA on booking platforms will trigger rejection. Book actual refundable tickets wherever possible.

7. Hotel Booking Confirmation

• Confirmation letter from the hotel or Airbnb covering your entire stay
• Must show full hotel name, address, check-in/check-out dates
• If staying with family or friends, provide an official invitation letter instead
• If attending an event, provide event registration confirmation

Category 5: Professional & Background Documents

8. Employment Proof

• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer on company letterhead
• Mention of approved leave dates and your position in the company
• For business owners: company registration certificate and GST number
