Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by ExpressVisaSG. By accessing our site or contracting our services for your Singapore visa application, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
ExpressVisaSG acts exclusively as a processing agent and intermediary. Our primary service is to review, organize, and submit your Singapore visa application to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) or the Singapore High Commission in New Delhi. We provide guidance on document requirements but we do not have the authority to grant or deny visas.
2. Processing Time and Approvals
While we advertise a standard processing time of 3 to 5 working days, this timeframe is purely an estimate. The Singapore ICA independently dictates the processing speed and may occasionally delay applications for extended verification. Furthermore, visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the ICA. ExpressVisaSG cannot guarantee approval, nor can we guarantee specific visa validities (e.g., 30 days vs. 2 years).
3. Fees and Refunds
All application fees are comprised of the mandatory ICA government fee and our professional service fee. All fees must be paid in full prior to submission. Once an application is officially lodged with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, the government fee and our service fee become strictly non-refundable, regardless of the application outcome (approval, rejection, or withdrawal).
4. Applicant Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information and documentation. Providing forged documents or false declarations constitutes a serious immigration offense. ExpressVisaSG reserves the right to refuse service if we suspect fraudulent intent. You are also responsible for verifying the details on your approved e-Visa immediately upon receipt.
5. Limitation of Liability
ExpressVisaSG shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from visa rejections, processing delays, or entry denials at Singapore border control. We are not responsible for non-refundable flight tickets, hotel bookings, or lost business opportunities resulting from immigration decisions. In the rare event of physical passport loss during third-party transit, our liability is strictly limited to covering the standardized cost of passport replacement as issued by the Government of India.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
