Important Details
A V39A from a well-established, Singapore-listed company with a clean immigration history is treated as a strong endorsement by ICA. A V39A from a company incorporated in the past 6 months, or that operates in an industry with a history of work-pass violations, will be scrutinised far more heavily. If your Singapore host is a newer company, the burden of proof falls on other supporting documents.
